We exist to see every heart free from the effects of offense, hurt, and loss. We help people all over the world process the issues of their hearts in person, online, or through a group. There’s hope for every heart.  You can resolve your past, thrive in the present, and have hope for your future. 

After experiencing a fresh start for your heart, our desire is to see you become all that God has created you to be. Through Fresh Start resources, including ongoing training, instructional videos, and our media library, you can be free and stay free.

Each year, our teams travel to other countries to spread hope for every heart around the globe. Our resources have impacted more than 50 nations and are translated into 20 different languages. We believe this is only the beginning.

Executive Director

Jimmy George Jr. has served as Executive Director of Fresh Start for All Nations since 2024, bringing a deep commitment to seeing every person walk free from the lasting effects of offense, hurt, and loss.

Before joining Fresh Start, Jimmy spent eleven years in pastoral ministry at Relevant Community Church in the Omaha metro area, serving across the Omaha and Elkhorn campuses in connecting and empowering roles. Through those years, he developed a conviction that lasting change doesn't come through willpower or self-effort — it comes through a genuine encounter with Jesus Christ. the Fresh Start Process is built on exactly that.

Jimmy and his wife Amanda have three children: Solomon, Annie, and Jimmy Jr. They are grateful to be part of a ministry that walks alongside people as they find freedom and move forward in Jesus.

The Fresh Start ministry was planted in the hearts of the late Pastor Steve Peterson and his wife Mindy, long before it became an official ministry. Birthed out of a personal crisis, Steve and Mindy found themselves at rock bottom in their early years of marriage. But God had other plans in mind. Through the forgiving and saving power of Jesus Christ, they received a fresh start for their hearts and marriage. Their hearts were finally free to be who they were created to be!
Fresh Start continues to grow, expand, and impact lives through meaningful resources and relationships all over the world.

Prior to launching Fresh Start, Pastor Steve and Mindy served with Trinity Church Interdenominational in Omaha, Nebraska for more than 25 years - investing in the hearts of men, women, marriages, families and youth.
