Ephesians 4:32 says, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”

The truth is, you can’t forgive unless you’ve experienced God’s forgiveness. You can’t forgive unless you have the Forgiver living inside of you. Forgiving someone isn’t natural or easy; it requires humility and you really don’t understand what it is or what it takes unless you are forgiven. Submit to Jesus and His mission to rescue you from your sins today and be forgiven. Then, you can forgive others the way He has forgiven you.
