Hi, this is Steve Peterson with Fresh Start For All Nations. Our theme today is Impossible Made Possible.
The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to those who are saved it is the Power of God.
The message of the cross is all about forgiveness. What could be more impossible than being forgiven and forgiving others? This is foolishness for those that are perishing, but for those who are saved this is the Power of God.
What we need from the Impossible to be Made Possible is the Power of God. That includes fixing our eyes on God. We can experience the Power of God when we fix our eyes on God, when we don’t put our hope in an outcome, but rather in God himself.
It reminds me of King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20:12 when he said, “We don’t know what to do, but our eyes are on you.”
