ask forgiveness

Do you know how to humble yourself and ask forgiveness?

Pastor Steve reminds us of the importance of ridding ourselves of pride and being humble. So listen or read the radio spot to learn more, and remember to be humble and ask forgiveness when you’ve wronged others.

Hi, This is Steve Peterson with Fresh Start for All Nations.

You can be a bridge of humility. Building a bridge of confessing you’re wrong and asking the other person to forgive you.

James 4:6 says, “God resists the proud but he gives grace to the humble.”
Also, James 4:10 says, “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and he will lift you up.”

You’ve probably heard it said, “People don’t care what you know unless they know that you care.” Care enough about relationships to confess you’re wrong and ask forgiveness.

And what is my ultimate aim for this kind of relational bridge building? To be a bridge of influence for men, women and young people all over the world to have a fresh start for their hearts and to experience what it really means to be forgiven, forgiving and free. And when they are forgiven, forgiving and free, they can be a bridge to others!

I would like to personally invite you to our every Tuesday evening Fresh Start gathering. Check out our Omaha webpage at freshstartomaha.org. And remember, It’s Never Too Late for a Fresh Start!
